the idea

I'm Morgan, the human behind the scenes at the three. and despite this one photo I use for all professional needs, I’m often known for untamed hair, a love for desserts and busting out the dance moves when the time is right - but maybe this is more of what you’re looking for:

I graduated with Honours as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in June of 2018. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree while playing Division I hockey at RIT where I experienced some of my highest highs and lowest lows that largely shape my perspectives today.


The vision of the three came from a love for seeing people connect at coffee shops and breakfast joints back in university, and was further defined at CSNN as I was uncovering components of food as it relates to the food industry, sustainability and every component of an individual’s health and well-being.


What I once thought to be a cool retirement gig, was on my mind every single day, so I decided to stop talking about it and actually go for it.


On that note, welcome to the three.


the vision

The goal is this:

  • to build a business that is focused on individual well-being, the local community and global sustainability

  • an eatery that serves real, whole foods and embraces a culture around education, enjoyment and nourishment instead of calories and diets

  • to connect you to the people who grow your food and the people you eat it with

  • to contribute to social impact and positive change, both locally and globally
