veggie broth with lemongrass, onion, ginger, tamari + red chili flakes AND THEN topped with rice noodles, carrots, cabbage, basil, sauteed mushrooms 
 
option to add in a full serving of chicken or tofu
 
please note: if you don't like an ingredient (ie. mushrooms) you can opt out by mentioning it in your order notes. the nature of this soup allows for some personalization...within reason :)
