it will consist of a hint of matcha (an adaptogen and concentrated form of green tea) paired with some additional vitamin c of lemon to enhance absorption; and of course chia seeds that provide a strong source of fibre, omega-3 fatty acids and plant protein. Full ingredient list will be posted next week.


best use: mid morning snack (does contain caffeine, so recommend avoiding in the later PM hours)
