Where can I park?

There is free 2-hour parking on Albert St (parallel parking) and Dorset St (angled parking) across from the Waterloo Public Library or free 2-hour parking across Erb St. at Uptown Square. There is paid parking in the Marsland lot ($3/hr) and Waterloo Public Library ($3.50/hr).

I have a major allergen. What can I eat?

All of our bowls and salads are gluten-free, including the dressings. We do have gluten bread and wraps on-site, but we also offer gluten-free bread and use a separate toaster and grill. Dairy is only used in the form of cheese, so most meals can easily be made dairy-free, vegetarian, or vegan. Nuts are used mainly as toppings, set up at a separate station, and can be left off any meal to make it nut-free. We’re very mindful of cross-contamination and have many customers with major allergens who trust us — but it’s important to do what feels safe to you. Please let us know about your allergy in advance.

Is all your food organic?

We prioritize whole foods and simple ingredients, and while some of our produce, grains, and other items are organic, not everything is. When sourcing, we weigh a number of factors: local availability, quality, who we're supporting, logistical feasibility and pricing that makes sense for all. Trust us when we say we’re constantly revisiting these variables to ensure we are moving in the direction we want to go.

Can you provide calories/macros?

While we understand that some of this information might be helpful, we stray away from diets and instead encourage nourishment and balance. Each meal is designed with this in mind by offering a variety of carbohydrates, fats, protein, textures, colours & flavours from whole foods & simple ingredients. Our menu provides both classic & unique options and can be tweaked to your preferences or needs but we don’t have calorie calculations available.

Do you have seating?

Yes – and having dine-in guests is our favourite! We have space for 12-15, including our corner nook of couches.

Are you kid-friendly?

Yes! We have a high-chair available if needed. We don’t have a kid’s menu but much of our food can be made to suit their *unique* preferences – can’t go wrong with the grilled cheese + ketchup, right?

Is your location wheelchair accessible?

Yes - we are downstairs but there is an elevator available. Seating can gladly be rearranged if required.

Do you only offer a lunch menu?

In addition to our popular lunches, we have breakfast options (our brekkie burrito is a hit), smoothies, organic coffee with espresso machine & in-house baked goods.
