how's it work

from november 5th to december 7th (33 days), we'll build & settle into new habits to improve our overall well-being.

we'll spend 11 days focused on our mind, 11 days focused on our physical body & 11 days on fulfillment (spirit).

you'll choose a habit you'd like to work on within each pillar as well as two recommended (very sustainable) habits from us. it's meant to be simple, relatable & effective.

what's included:

the 33-days includes: weekly emails with new tools from a life coach, ongoing accountability & rewards for your effort (over $25 value), a tracking sheet for each pillar + option for a complimentary session with a life coach

*you don't have to be local to join, but many of our rewards are food & drink from the three
