perfect for a family meal, or supplementing your weekly meal prep
instructions: take out your freezer bag 12-24 hours prior to cooking your meal in the crock pot. once thawed, pour the ingredients of the bag into your crock pot and cook on low (7-8 hours) or high (3-4 hours) until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165. Serve over spinach, rice or grain of choice, and top with avocado or tortilla corn chips.
