you could call it a seoul bowl or a "soul" bowl, but either way it's a Korean-style dish full of colours, tastes, textures and nutrients including kimchi (fermented veggies with spices), marinated tofu, fresh cucumber, carrots, edamame, red cabbage, steamed spinach, brown rice, topped with scallions, sesame seeds and dressing.
