I've always envisioned The III as my business name whenever it came to fruition. Beyond being my favourite number growing up and my jersey number in university (the most defining phase of my entire life),The III represents the components that make up all individuals: mind, body and spirit.

 

While you may not recognize it yet, these three components are strongly connected. I believe they should all be considered in combination when identifying the nutritional and health needs of an individual, and should be taken into account as you continue to build your ideal and fulfilling life.
