a freshhhhhh spring salad to celebrate the start of a long local produce season ahead of us


a base of baby spinach, topped with blanched asparagus, peas, thinly sliced crunchy radishes, lentils, Elmira grape tomatoes, goat feta, pea shoots, and dill. served with homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing.


instructions: drizzle on dressing, mix well and eat cold.
